Mobile broken

3 years agoHello!
Not sure if this has been reported before, but the templates aren't working on mobile (using iOS 10.3.2 14F89) and Chrome 59.0.3071.102
None of the links in the navigation bar work, the web site simply does not render properly when using chrome or safari.
Let me know if I am doing something incorrectly, but just hoping over to your demo resulted in this behavior. I've attached screenshots showing the issue.
I was visiting this demo http://thetheme.io/thesaas/demo-app.html?utm_source=themeforest&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=thesaas

3 years agoHello,
That's weird! We'll check it on an iPhone soon. And for those customer review blocks, will add some padding in left and right for the next update. Also, will make another round of responsive tests on mobile devices.
Thanks for reporting these issues.

3 years agoHi Hossein,
This works better, however it's still not fixed. It seems to work slightly better, some elements are showing up, and rendering where previously they were not however the mobile experience still omits the majority of the elements.
For example http://thetheme.io/thesaas/?utm_source=themeforest&utm_medium=preview&utm_campaign=thesaas
Go to that website on mobile vs web, the top header is not rendering properly, entire sections are missing. I've attached screen shots to show the rendering differences. This is using v1.3.1
As you can see the top header's are missing, the entire setcion for Saas/WebApps/Authors/Startups and the purchase button is missing, the Sample Landing Pages are missing, Header Varieties are missing, Full, Faster, Functional section is missing etc...
Let me know if you need anymore details.

3 years agoHi,
Sorry to see the problem still persist. I was using an older version of Safari. I saw the problem again after updating the Safari.
The problem is fixed now. Could you please take another look at the template and confirm that the issue has fixed? http://thetheme.io/thesaas/index.html
We'll update the template in few hours. You can be an early adapter by replacing your css file: http://thetheme.io/thesaas/assets/css/thesaas.min.css
Thanks.

3 years agoCool replaced the css, and it's about 80-90% there. Some of the sections aren't appearing on mobile.
For example, with your link http://thetheme.io/thesaas/index.html scroll down on iPhone to Feature 5, Header Varieties.
On web it shows 6 options (Color/Gradient/Typing/Image/Video/Slider) on mobile it shows (Color/Slider)
Also Feature 3 is entirely missing on mobile (iOS) while it's completely visible on web. This is happening with some sections that I have for my template.

TheThemeio
3 years agoThose sections are intentionally invisible on mobile devices because of responsive behavior. For example, for Feature 5, if we display all the 6 options, they will fall down into 3 lines which makes it an ugly design.
So we have to hide some blocks or part of components in small screen devices.

3 years agoTotally makes sense that some elements can't be displayed in the same way due to screen size constraints.
However, it would be good to have an alternative option to display rather then silently hide these sections.

TheThemeio
3 years agoThe width limitation will make it hard to display these components correctly, but we'll work on it display as much content as we can in the next updates. However, you can enable displaying those components by removing .hidden-md-down and .hidden-sm-down classes.
